Hi!
Today I did my nails in a spring-fashion: florals! I haven't done floral nails in such a long time, whilst they're one of my favourites! So I thought it was about time to paint colourful flowers onto my nails!

Hi there!
Today I'm back with another book to mani design! This time I got my inspiration from The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. Those books are definitely in my favorites, so I suggest you go read them! It was difficult to choose what I actually wanted on my nails, but in the end I just painted the mortal instruments, the angelic power rune and the fearless rune.

Hi!
Today I did a simple and quick polka dot design on my nails (which, as you may have noticed, have a new shape now)! I bought some new polishes and was curious as to what this pink one would look like on the nails. It is surprisingly opaque! Two coats will result in almost full coverage.

Hi there!
Today I did a kind of zentangle/mandala/doodle nail art. They were quite time-consuming, but they didn't actually take as long as I thought they would. I did not have a special design in mind, but just painted some random patterns .

Hi there!
This week I'm posting a manicure that was inspired by Tahereh Mafi's Shatter Me series, which I read a while ago and absolutely loved! I really loved the writing style and character development, and I'd really recommend this series! I got the idea for the base colours from the stunning book covers, and then of course I had to add some shards! Initially, I planned to paint on an eye as an accent nail, but then decided against because I thought this effect was pretty cool. (Also, I didn't actually have enough time to paint the eye)

Hi!
This mani is - you guessed it - another book to mani nail art (There are many more to come!!). This time, they were inspired by The Selection, which is a trilogy written by Kiera Cass. I thought the tiara that is used on all  covers would make a super pretty nail design, so that is what I did!

Hey everyone!
I'm starting something new! It's my book to mani 'adaptations'! (; Reading is one of my favourite things to do, and so is nail art, so why not combine the two of them? Once in a while I'll create a nail art design based on a book or series I really like. First off is Harry Potter! I really enjoyed reading those books when I read them the first time, and I enjoy them just the same when I read them again (and again)!
