M is for Marbled - alphabet nail art challenge

Hey there!

Today a new nail art for you! I'm so sorry for not posting anything for so long, but I've just been very busy lately. I really hope to do some other nail art this weekend, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to... But let's stop this no-time thing and move on to the nailart. (;

I started off with two coats of a black polish.

I used a few different shades of grey, mixing different proportions of white and black polish together. I used the saran wrap technique with the grey colours, and created the marbled effect.

After that, I added a top coat.

But I thought this was a bit too dark and boring, and since I'm a HUGE fan of the divergent series and the movie being released, I decided to paint the faction symbols on top of the kind of 'Dauntless' base. (;

I use white acrylic paint for the symbols. Those abnegation hands were the hardest I guess..

I really love these nails! I didn't want to take them off, so they were really really chipped when I removed them after a week or so.

I can't wait to actually go see the movie, I'M TOO EXCITED! Probably going next week together with some friends, wish I could go earlier, but better late than never!
